Within the research, the fundamental objective is to determine the digital marketing strategies and their competitiveness in the companies of the city of Jipijapa; where, in order to achieve the stated objectives, a bibliographical investigation will be carried out, being able to access different investigations from which the respective results will be taken, which will serve as an essential part of the investigation; It is important to point out that according to what various authors mention for the year 2016, digital marketing was found in an extremely low percentage in the companies of Jipijapa, this is mainly because people do not have the knowledge about the advantages that it generates. for your company and com-petitive development in the local market, and many times they hardly use traditional means to make your company known, however, you have to move forward and adapt to the changes that occur in technological progress, digital marketing in Jipijapa increased as a result of the confinement caused by the pandemic, where many people feared going out to sell their products and having contact with other people.

No âmbito da investigação, o objectivo fundamental é determinar as estratégias de marketing digital e a sua competitividade nas em-presas da cidade de Jipijapa; onde, para atingir os objectivos declarados, será realizada uma investigação bibliográfica, podendo aceder a diferentes investigações das quais serão extraídos os respectivos resultados, que servirão como parte essencial da investigação; É importante salientar que, de acordo com o que vários autores mencionam para o ano 2016, o marketing digital foi encontrado numa percentagem extremamente baixa nas empresas de Jipijapa, isto deve-se princi-palmente ao facto de as pessoas não terem o conhecimento sobre as vantagens que gera. para a sua empresa e desen-volvimento competitivo no mercado local, e muitas vezes dificilmente utilizam meios tradicionais para dar a conhecer a sua empresa, no entanto, é preciso avançar e adaptar-se às mudanças que ocorrem no progresso tecnológico, o marketing digital em Jipijapa aumentou como resultado do confinamento causado pela pandemia, onde muitas pessoas temiam sair para vender os seus produtos e ter contacto com outras pessoas.El marketing digital es una herramienta que se ha desarrollado a lo largo de los años con el avance de la tecnología, la que permite mejorar los ingresos de una empresa, debido a que este tipo de marketing le permite interactuar con el cliente de tal manera que se considera que antes de realizar una compra el cliente ya conoce lo que va invertir en la adquisición de sus productos.
