There are factors that arise in this process, including internet accessibility, digital literacy and the economic capacity of families to acquire an electronic device. The objective of this article is to recognize how the evolution of education has occurred considering the advantages and disadvantages evidenced with the changes produced in education with the presence of the COVID-19 pandemic, through the analy-sis of the new reality evidencing the advantages and disadvantages to improve the management of educational processes. Undoubtedly, the educational process is evolving along with the procedures to carry out the activities that are generated in all countries, in this sense it is essential to establish adequate strategies and techniques during the educational process, in addition to adapting and training, it is essential to generate comprehensive learning and equitable.El proceso educativo es un pilar que contribuye al desarrollo de un país la pandemia de COVID-19 ha cambiado el mundo y todos los sistemas de la sociedad, trayendo nuevas exigencias en la educación en el mundo. Las nuevas tecnologías digitales, han contribuido para que el mundo funcione. Existen factores que afectan este proceso, entre ellos la accesibilidad a internet, la alfabetización digital y la capacidad económica de las familias para adquirir un dispositivo electrónico. El objetivo del presente artículo es reconocer como se ha producido la evolución de la educación considerando las ventajas y las desventajas evidenciadas con los cambios producidos en la educación con la presencia de la pandemia del COVID-19, por medio del análisis de la nueva realidad evidenciando las ventajas y desventajas para poder mejorar la gestión de los procesos educativo.
