Summary: The educational process is a pillar that contributes to the development of a country, the COVID-19 pandemic has changed the world and all systems of society, bringing new demands on education in the world. New digital technologies have contributed to make the world work. There are factors that arise in this process, including internet accessibility, digital literacy and the economic capacity of families to acquire an electronic device. The objective of this article is to recognize how the evolution of education has occurred considering the advantages and disadvantages evidenced with the changes produced in education with the presence of the COVID-19 pandemic, through the analy-sis of the new reality evidencing the advantages and disadvantages to improve the management of educational processes. Undoubtedly, the educational process is evolving along with the procedures to carry out the activities that are generated in all countries, in this sense it is essential to establish adequate strategies and techniques during the educational process, in addition to adapting and training, it is essential to generate comprehensive learning and equitable.
