Likewise, the paper will consider how to improve citizen participation in parliamentary procedures.Este traballo presenta a posibilidade de introducir mecanismos a través da reforma dos regulamentos parlamentarios co obxecto de dinamizar o funcionamento do Parlamento, en particular na súa función lexislativa e de control ao Goberno. Estudaranse instrumentos para reforzar a posición individual dos parlamentarios e das minorías políticas. Así mesmo, formularase como mellorar a participación cidadá nos procedementos parlamentarios.Este trabajo plantea la posibilidad de introducir mecanismos a través de la reforma de los reglamentos parlamentarios con el objeto de dinamizar el funcionamiento del Parlamento, en particular en su función legislativa y de control al Gobierno. Se estudiarán instrumentos para reforzar la posición individual de los parlamentarios y de las minorías políticas.
