Summary: This article describes the teaching of family Law, childhood and adolescence with a focus to gender from an approach that shows tuning with a constitutional and conventional view in the internal system. In this framework, it will be explain the teaching of the discipline, with should begin from a place not only limited to the normative system, doctrine and jurisprudential, but it should be approached from a projection with allows to rescue the different marks of living in a family, and continuous changes that happen in the social reality. From this imprint, it is defined where to begin the approach to gender issues, taking intoaccount a proper format ofthe required contents froma presentation of the object and ends of the discipline, in order to advance later to the explanation of transversal issues. With this perspective and before the description of the teaching process dynamic, stands out the importance of installing a gender focus with a preventive look. The study is completed with the analysis of the inclusive language and the projection of gender issues at different family Law, childhood and adolescence institutions. As a closing the study is complemented by a life story that signifies the teaching of this topic on this focus perspective.
