In the first one, the author addresses the main iniciatives that have been carried out at the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru to incorporate the gender perspective, with special emphasis on the courses and activities of the Faculty of Law. In the second part, regarding legal education, she recalls that according to the post-positivist conception, Law incorporates constitutional principles, and in doing so allows it to be an instrument to do justice. Hence, she defends that the gender perspective must be part of the justifying legal reasoning to reach fair solutions.El artículo está dividido en dos partes diferentes pero interconectadas. En la primera, la autora aborda las principales iniciativas que se han llevado a cabo en la Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú para incorporar la perspectiva de género, con especial énfasis en los cursos y actividades de la Facultad de Derecho. En la segunda parte, relativa a la enseñanza legal, la autora recuerda que según la concepción postpositivista el Derecho incorpora principios constitucionales y, al hacerlo, permite que sea un instrumento para hacer justicia.
