In particular, from the days before the final election of the President, the Electoral Court and the police intervened in universities to block any hypothetical activities of «illegal electoral propaganda». In parallel, drafts on the «School without Party Act» are discussed, which instigates students in primary and secondary schools to report, recording with their cell phones, teachers who «politically indoctrinate» them. A similar project also exists in Germany, promoted by the far-right party Alternative für Deutschland (AfD). Also in Italy there have been attempts of censorship in schools, although only in individual cases.La elección de Jair Messias Bolsonaro como Presidente de la República de Brasil el 28 de octubre de 2018 marcó un radical cambio de rumbo en la política brasileña. En particular, a partir de los días anteriores a la elección definitiva del Presidente, la Justicia Electoral y la policía intervinieron en las universidades para bloquear hipotéticas actividades de «propaganda electoral ilícita». En paralelo se discuten proyectos de ley sobre la «Escuela sin Partido», que instiga los alumnos de las escuelas primarias y secundarias a delatar, grabando con el móvil, a los profesores que «adoctrinen» políticamente los alumnos. Un proyecto parecido existe también en Alemania, fomentado por el partido de extrema derecha Alternative für Deutschland (AfD).
