La libertad de expresión de los diplomáticos: comentario de la STEDH 17 de noviembre de 2016. Caso Karpetyany otros c. Armenia
For the first time, the ECHR analyzes, through this judgment, the freedom of expression of diplomats. It is important because the Court accepts the restriction of that freedom in order to guarantee the duty of political neutrality of the State.
