Summary: Children's voice is often the only evidence of paternal sexual abuse. There is no other witness than the victim itself. In most cases when the children manage to talk about the abuse he does it to an adult, which in most cases is the mother. Both of them should be considered victims of a crime. It should be given support to the protective adult who denounced parental sexual abuse for abetter recovery of the child. In the judicial process when the custody of the child and the communication regime is treated the child and his or her physical, emotional and psychological safety and integrity must be protected in relation to the father denounced. A new-look in order to break the historical impunity and help its victims to recover against a crime that affectsus all as human beings: paternal incest.
