Summary: This paper analyzes the computing working time on digital platforms, with the aim of studying the problems that this generates in order to include the workers in the different social security regimes (self-employed worker, TRADE or employee). For that, we describe, supported by the recent jurisprudence, the way in which the service is performed and the conditions in which the relationship between platform and collaborators are developed. Once the form of service delivery is characterized, the concepts of “working time” and “rest time” are analyzed in the light of the CJEU judgements in this field.
