This article presents the development of one of the specific objectives ofthe research, aimed at revealing the cultural representations, prejudicesand gender stereotypes present in the students when processing the ordinaryprocesses of food advanced in the Consultorio Jurídico de la Facultadde Derecho de la Universidad de Antioquia, Medellín, 2016. With the purposeof providing a point of theoretical reflection on the incidence of thecultural component in the teaching and practice of law. The findings arederived from information collection instruments, such as surveys, interviews,focus groups, case reviews, among others. In order to review thespeeches present in the food issue, five categories were established: affectationof women, trivialization, invisibility, blaming the victim, naturalization,and three categories emerged: cycle of violence, revenge and judicialcongestion, against which present the main findings. |
