Based on analysis of topics dealing with the interdependence of environment, environmental protection, industry, the state, law and its actors, and the population. We concluded that there are definite perspectives for the development of greater improvement. Such favorab'e outlooks are based on bettering economic condition for workers intesifying the actors' individual an collective conscientius commitment, initiating voluntary efforts by industry and community to protect the environment, and strengthening collective bargaining in the areas of working conditions and environrnent Together, these measures could have a positive impact on the general environment.Este articulo trata sobre las relaciones laborales existentes entre los trabajadores y empleadores, y su relación con la protección ambiental en Venezuela, considerando la creciente importancia de este aspecto hoy en día, y además su impacto sobre los intereses particulares de sus actores sociales. Basados sobre el análisis de aspectos relacionados con la interdependencia del ambiente con la protección ambiental, la industria, el estado, las leyes, el trabajo y sus actores sociales, y la comunidad, concluimos que existen perspectivas positivas para el desarrollo de mejoras crecientes e interdependientes del ambiente de trabajo y ambiente en general. Esta circunstancia debe estar basada en el mejoramiento de las condiciones económicas de los trabajadores, el compromiso consciente individual y colectivo, iniciadores de esfuerzos por parte de la industria y la comunidad para proteger el ambiente, así también basadas en el fortalecimiento de la convención colectiva de trabajo sobre tópicos relacionados con las condiciones y el medio ambiente laboral.
