Existing labor relation between the social actors, workers and employers, in
Venezuela, the relevance of these relations to the increasingly important subject
of environmental protection and their impact on the particular interests of
workers and employers are discussed .
Based on analysis of topics dealing with the interdependence of environment,
environmental protection, industry, the state, law and its actors, and the
population.
We concluded that there are definite perspectives for the development of greater
improvement. Such favorab'e outlooks are based on bettering economic
condition for workers intesifying the actors' individual an collective conscientius
commitment, initiating voluntary efforts by industry and community to protect
the environment, and strengthening collective bargaining in the areas of working
conditions and environrnent Together, these measures could have a positive
impact on the general environment. |
