Summary: The present research work has been developed with the aim of determining whether there is a relationship between organizational climate and job satisfaction among workers in San Pedro University of Chimbote. Research was correlational, non-experimental design with a cross, we worked with a sample of 332 employees of this university and the data collection instruments were used two type scale. Data were processed with Excel and SPSS programs to perform hypothesis testing used the chi-square test, Pearson Correlation and Multiple Regression analysis. It was found that the correlation between organizational climate and job satisfaction, working conditions remain Communication and Organizational Climate dimensions most crucial for employee job satisfaction at the University San Pedro of Chimbote.
