This study analyses how the workshops have been evaluated as awareness of the mistreatment of women, those professionals from the Distrito Sanitario Aljarafe that have participated as teachers in the 11 workshops that have been held between 25th October 2010 and March 2012. The method used has been the product of the research and compilation of analyses, of different archive sources, as well as a quantitative analysis using data obtained from a questionnaire which was sent to the professionals at the end of each workshop. The percentage of professionals who were "quite interested" or "very interested" in the session has increased, regardless of the gender of the professional. To establish the relation between the professional category or job category and the usefulness of the training session against the performance of the professional, we must emphasise that the most useful area of the
course was management and services. We conclude that the evaluation that has been undertaken by the professionals in the awareness sessions regarding the mistreatment of women has been very favourable. |
