It is especially considered the treatment of strict liability with respect to the development of a business or professional capacity to generate environmental impacts and, therefore, assess the environmental risks.Este trabajo parte de un análisis del derecho positivo español; en concreto, se centra en el análisis del marco normativo instaurado por la LRMA, para proseguir con la consideración de los principales aspectos técnicos y jurídicos determinantes del régimen vigente en materia de responsabilidad ambiental empresarial.
