description
The objective of this research was to identify the impact of a training course, based on rhetoric, in the development of creative behavior of court clerks. The study was conducted in a court of justice in the Mexican Republic. A descriptive, non-experimental exploratory study was carried out, with an a-b-a design with a pretest and a post-test before and after applying the independent variable, a specialized course. The pretest was applied at the beginning of the course. The post-test was applied at the end of the course. The independent variable  was based on classical rhetoric, to train court clerks and the dependent variable was creative performance measured according to the score obtained in the EMUC test. It was shown that the course was favorable for the participants since most of the groups improved or had the same score in the post-test.
