The National Confederation of Governors (CONAGO) is a result of the presence of governmentalism: state executives willing to govern with all the power in federative entities, like presidentialism in Mexico.O presidencialismo é exitoso pela estrutura e funcionamento das instituições federais, bem como pelo alto controle econômico e político que exerce sobre os governos estaduais, apesar do apoio que requer de seus dirigentes. Isso lança as bases para uma alternativa ao fortalecimento político do presidente da república, favorecendo a criação de um sistema político nos estados para a tomada de decisões em torno de interesses federais chamado gobernalismo. Confederação Nacional de Governadores (CONAGO) é o produto da presença do governo: executivos estaduais dispostos a governar com todo o poder nos estados, como o presidencialismo no México.El presidencialismo tiene éxito debido a las estructuras y operatividad de las instituciones federales, así como al alto control económico y político que ejerce en los gobiernos estatales, a pesar del apoyo que requiere de sus gobernantes. Esto sienta las bases de una alternativa al fortalecimiento político del presidente de la república, favoreciendo la creación de un sistema político en los estados para la toma de decisiones alrededor de los intereses federales llamado gobernalismo.
