The work was based on a qualitative methodological strategy, based on individual and group interviews with three types of sources: feminist activists, health professionals and people who had an abortion.El presente trabajo constituye una aproximación a las experiencias de acceso al aborto legal en la provincia de San Juan, a pocos meses de la sanción de la Ley de Interrupción Voluntaria del Embarazo en el país. Se trata de una provincia caracterizada por cierta vacancia en políticas sobre derechos sexuales, reproductivos y no reproductivos. En este contexto, conocer cuáles son las condiciones de acceso a los abortos legales, qué estrategias implementan profesionales, activistas y/o usuarias, y qué obstáculos o facilitadores encuentran es un aporte para mejorar el acceso a estos derechos.
