The specific question to be addressed in these pages consists, on the one hand, in the study of the measures aimed at people with disabilities in the ET in terms of working conditions, and on the other, in the presentation of proposals, which contribute to achieving this alleged equality in the working conditions of people with disabilities with other workers. This objective obviously requires the incorporation of new forms of work for this group and consequently of business organization. Specifically, the current ET will be examined, which provides for specific measures in working conditions for people with disabilities, as well as certain aspects, such as the discrimination that workers with disabilities may suffer, one of the most serious issues that the ET contemplates in various places of its articles (arts. 4.2.c, 17.1); protection against harassment (art. 4.2.e, 54.2.g); training contract (art. 11); direction and control of the work activity and correlative capacity of the worker (art. 20.3); geographic mobility (art. 40.5) and priority of permanence in the company (art. 40.7); suspension of the contract, (art. 45.1.d); reduction of working hours (art. 37 ET); leave of absence (art. 46.3); additional duration of permits due to the birth of a child, termination for objective reasons (art. 53.2), etc. The suitability of such measures and their possible improvement including new proposals will be analyzed.

Este objetivo exige obviamente la incorporación de nuevas formas de trabajo para este colectivo y en consecuencia de organización empresarial.
