Summary: In Peru, in recent years a political and social environment of extreme crisis has developed due to the conflict of powers between State bodies, in particular between the National Government, which represents the Executive Branch, and the Congress of the Republic, which is the Legislative power. From 2018 to date, six presidential vacancy parliamentary procedures have been carried out for three presidents and have caused a context of ungovernability that requires to be evaluated from a special perspective, since the Peruvian social, political and conjunctural contents exceed the constitutional and parliamentary doctrine.
