It is descriptive documentary with bibliographic design, the approach was quantitative, since legal documentary exploration techniques were used to substantiate corruption as crimes against public administration and violation of constitutional principles. From the perspective of synthetic analysis, it allowed the study of the information collected, the research instrument was the document analysis file or guide. It is concluded that although it is true in Ecuador, several legal norms have been proposed for the fight against corruption, they did not fulfill the objective that the State tried to achieve, that is, to end or at least reduce public corruption.La corrupción es una de los principales problemas con los que se está enfrentado la sociedad en general y el Ecuador no escapa de ello. La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo general analizar desde una visión jurídica la normativa vigente contra la corrupción en Ecuador y su cumplimiento. Es descriptiva documental con diseño bibliográfico, el enfoque fue cuantitativa, ya que se utilizaron técnicas de exploración documental jurídica para fundamentar la corrupción como delitos contra la administración pública y la violación de los principios constitucionales. Desde la perspectiva del análisis sintético permitió el estudio de la información recopilada, el instrumento de investigación fue la ficha o guía de análisis documental.
