Gestión del proceso de innovación de las prácticas de enseñanza en instituciones educativas

World education, over time, has faced different challenges that allow its adaptation in search of strategies and methodolo-gies that facilitate its progress, as well as the offer of educational improvements. Currently, the education system is facing momentous changes, especially with the overwhelming advancement of technology. Therefore, educational innovation must introduce a series of new aspects in teaching-learning methodologies that allow us to keep up with global demands. For this, a management process is necessary, which facilitates organizing and systematizing the way in which this innova-tion is imparted in the teaching process. In this sense, this research aims to summarize what refers to the management of the educational innovation process of teaching practices. Developed as follows: technological innovation in educational teaching practices, the teacher and innovation; and the management of the innovation process in educational teaching practices. For this reason, it was decided that the study should be carried out based on a bibliographic design and a review methodology. The innovation management process of teaching practices must be permanent, systematic and organized and its purpose is to ensure the optimal teaching-learning process, and this is essential in the current era for institutions to have a quality educational system. Despite differing in the way this process is structured, different authors agree that in order to carry out good management, a phase of diagnosis, planning, execution, monitoring and evaluation must be specified. In this sense, the participation of all the actors of the educational institution is necessary, among them: directors, teachers, administrators, workers, parents and representatives, residents of the institution (community).

En la actualidad, el sistema de educación se enfrenta a cambios trascendentales, sobre todo con el avance abrumador de la tecnología. Por lo tanto, la innovación educativa debe introducir una serie de nuevos aspectos en las metodologías de enseñanza-aprendizaje que permitan estar a la altura de las demandas mundiales. Para ello es necesario un proceso de gestión, que facilite organizar y sistematizar la forma en que se imparte esta innovación en el proceso de enseñanza. En este sentido, la presente investigación pretende compendiar lo referente a la gestión del proceso de innovación educativa de las prácticas de enseñanza. Desarrollado de la siguiente manera: innovación tecnológica en las prácticas de enseñanza educativa, el docente y la innovación; y la gestión del proceso de innovación en las prácticas de enseñanza educativa. En razón de ello, se decidió que el estudio se adelantara en base a un diseño bibliográfico y una metodología de revisión. El proceso de gestión de innovación de las prácticas de enseñanza debe ser permanente, sistemático y organizado y su propósito consiste en procurar el óptimo proceso de enseñanza – aprendizaje, y esto resulta fundamental en la era actual para que las instituciones posean un sistema educativo de calidad. A pesar de diferir en la forma de estructuración de este proceso, diferentes autores coinciden en que para llevarse a cabo una buena gestión se debe precisar una fase de diagnóstico, planeación, ejecución, seguimiento y evaluación.
