The marketing plan is of great interest and importance, because it allows measuring the degree of need for tastes and preferences in products and services by the consumer; That is why the present work aims to analyze how the marketing plan helps in the commercialization of the October 11 Farmers Association of the Anegado Parish of the Jipijapa canton, the October 11 Farmers Association is dedicated to the production of corn derivatives for poultry farming. Within it there are different problems due to the lack of application of marketing strategies that allow it to improve marketing, reaching a better competitive market, providing the company with a clear vision of its objectives and the path it must follow to achieve it. To achieve the stated objectives, the qualitative and bibliographic method was used, which allowed knowing how the mar-keting plan helps the commercialization in the October 11 Farmers Association. Among the techniques, the interview was used to obtain better results. Through the investigation it was determined that they need a marketing plan, for this reason ideas were developed so that they obtain higher income from their sales and at the same time be competitive, generating work, sustainability and profitability in their partners, in turn they must have a greater knowledge about digital marketing, knowing that it is currently the predominant in the industry and business.

Dentro dela existem diferentes problemas devido à falta de aplicação de estratégias de comercialização que lhe permitam melhorar a comercialização, alcançando um mercado mais competitivo, proporcionando à empresa uma visão clara dos seus objectivos e do caminho que deve seguir para o alcançar. Para alcançar os objectivos declarados, foi utilizado o método qualitativo e bibliográfico, o que permitiu saber como o plano de marketing ajuda à comercialização na Associação de Agricultores de 11 de Outubro. Entre as técnicas, a entrevista foi utilizada para obter melhores resultados. Através da investigação foi determinado que eles precisam de um plano de marketing, por este motivo foram desenvol-vidas ideias para que obtenham maiores rendimentos das suas vendas e ao mesmo tempo sejam competitivos, gerando trabalho, sustentabilidade e rentabilidade nos seus parceiros, por sua vez devem ter um maior conhecimento sobre o marketing digital, sabendo que este é actualmente o predominante na indústria e negócio. El plan de marketing es de gran interés e importancia, porque permite medir el grado de necesidad de gustos y preferencias en productos y servicios por parte del consumidor; es por ello que el presente trabajo tiene como objetivo analizar de qué manera el plan de marketing ayuda en la comercialización de la Asociación de Agricultores 11 de Octubre de la Parroquia el Anegado del cantón Jipijapa, La Asociación de Agricultores 11 de Octubre se dedica a la producción de derivados de maíz para cría de aves. Dentro de la misma existen diferentes problemas por la falta de aplicación de estrategias de marketing que le permitan mejorar la comercialización, alcanzando un mejor mercado competitivo, brindando a la empresa una visión clara de sus objetivos y el camino que debe de seguir para alcanzarlo. Para lograr los objetivos planteados se utilizó el método cualitativo, y bibliográfico el mismo que permitió conocer de qué manera el plan de marketing ayuda a la comercialización en la Asociación de Agricultores 11 de Octubre. Dentro de las técnicas, se utilizó la entrevista para obtener mejores resultados.
