Summary: The marketing plan is of great interest and importance, because it allows measuring the degree of need for tastes and preferences in products and services by the consumer; That is why the present work aims to analyze how the marketing plan helps in the commercialization of the October 11 Farmers Association of the Anegado Parish of the Jipijapa canton, the October 11 Farmers Association is dedicated to the production of corn derivatives for poultry farming. Within it there are different problems due to the lack of application of marketing strategies that allow it to improve marketing, reaching a better competitive market, providing the company with a clear vision of its objectives and the path it must follow to achieve it. To achieve the stated objectives, the qualitative and bibliographic method was used, which allowed knowing how the mar-keting plan helps the commercialization in the October 11 Farmers Association. Among the techniques, the interview was used to obtain better results. Through the investigation it was determined that they need a marketing plan, for this reason ideas were developed so that they obtain higher income from their sales and at the same time be competitive, generating work, sustainability and profitability in their partners, in turn they must have a greater knowledge about digital marketing, knowing that it is currently the predominant in the industry and business.
