The methodology used in the development of the project was participatory, bibliographic, statistical, through surveys conducted with consumers and vend-ing centers. La metodología empleada en el desarrollo del proyecto fue orientada por el paradigma positivista de enfoque cuantitativo, a través de una investigación de campo de tipo descriptiva. La información se recolectó a través de encuestas realizadas a consumidores y centros de expendio.
