Currently, higher education entities are making substantial changes with respect to educational programs in order to have diverse alternatives and, in turn, provide a series of conditions that can cover the requirements of the population for various reasons, especially those of time and distance with the institution cannot obtain their degree, which is why the Autonomous University of Chapingo designs and implements different strategies to increase terminal efficiency. This work aimed to systematize the experience in designing and implementing the Diploma Agenda and Strategies for Territorial Development, a virtual modality. The research has a qualitative approach; the design is non-experimental, and the scope was descriptive-explanatory and interpretive. As an instrument for collecting information, use was made of the experiences in the design and implementation of the diploma course. The information was collected, ordered, and reconstructed, specifying errors and/or successes, generating criticism and self-criticism to capture the theoretical references as results. From the results, the educational innovation given by implementing the Diploma through a learning management system called Moodle stands out, contributing to raising the terminal efficiency. It is concluded that currently and after what was experienced during the COVID-19 pandemic, the systematization of experiences as a research method has had significant growth in recent decades since it allows ordering, reconstructing, and interpreting experiences through analysis. And understanding what happened with the aim of generating and translating knowledge that can serve as a basis for the creation or improvement of similar processes.

And understanding what happened with the aim of generating and translating knowledge that can serve as a basis for the creation or improvement of similar processes.Atualmente, as entidades do ensino superior estão a fazer alterações substanciais no que diz respeito aos programas educativos, de forma a terem alternativas diversas e, por sua vez, proporcionarem uma série de condições que podem satisfazer as exigências da população que, por diversas razões, nomeadamente as de tempo e distância da instituição, não conseguem obter o seu grau. é por isso que a Universidade Autónoma de Chapingo (Universidad Autónoma de Chapingo) projeta e implementa diferentes estratégias para aumentar a eficiência terminal. O objetivo deste trabalho foi sistematizar a experiência na conceção e implementação do diploma Agenda e Estratégias para o Desenvolvimento Territorial, modalidade virtual. A investigação tem uma abordagem qualitativa, o design não é experimental, o âmbito foi descritivo-explicativo e interpretativo. Como instrumento de recolha de informação, a experiência foi utilizada na conceção e implementação do diploma. A informação foi recolhida, ordenada e reconstruída especificando erros e/ou sucessos, gerando críticas e autocríticas, para capturar as referências teóricas como resultados. Os resultados destacam a inovação educativa dada pela implementação do Diploma através de um sistema de gestão de aprendizagem chamado Moodle que contribuiu para aumentar a eficiência terminal. Conclui-se que atualmente e depois do que se viveu durante a pandemia COVID-19, a sistematização de experiências como método de investigação tem tido um crescimento importante nas últimas décadas, uma vez que permite encomendar, reconstruir e interpretar experiências através da análise e compreensão do que aconteceu com o objetivo de gerar e capturar conhecimentos que possam servir de base para a criação ou melhoria de processos semelhantesActualmente las entidades de educación superior están realizando cambios sustanciales con respecto de los programas educativos, con el fin de contar con alternativas diversas y, a su vez, proporcionar una serie de condiciones que puedan cubrir los requerimientos de la población que por diversos motivos en especial los de tiempo y lejanía con la institución no pueden obtener su titulación, es por esto, que la Universidad Autónoma de Chapingo diseña e implementa diferentes estrategias para elevar la eficiencia terminal. El objetivo del presente trabajo fue sistematizar la experiencia en el diseño e implementación del diplomado Agenda y Estrategias para el Desarrollo Territorial, modalidad virtual. La investigación tiene un enfoque cualitativo, el diseño es no experimental, el alcance fue de tipo descriptivo-explicativo e interpretativo. Como instrumento de recolección de la información se hizo uso de las experiencias en el diseño e implementación del diplomado. La información fue recopilada, ordenada y reconstruida concretando errores y/o aciertos, generando críticas y autocríticas, para plasmar los referentes teóricos como resultados. De los resultados se destaca la innovación educativa dada por la puesta en marcha del Diplomado a través de un sistema de gestión de aprendizaje llamado Moodle lo que contribuyó a elevar la eficiencia terminal.
