This paper follows the idea that including guaranties of non-repetition is necesary in order to give adecquated redress for women human rights defender in the new transitional justice's chapter: Victims' Law context.En Colombia, un país con un prolongado conflicto armado, la puesta en marcha de mecanismos de justicia transicional y una persistente situación de inseguridad desafía la posibilidad del Estado de dar adecuadas reparaciones. Esta situación afecta de manera particular a las mujeres, especialmente a las defensoras de derechos humanos.
