Summary: In Colombia, a country with a extended armed conflict, the implementation of transitional justices's mechanisms, and persistent insecurity problems challenges the possibility that the State can give adecquated reparations for victims. This situation specifically affects to women human rights defenders. In this context, women community leaders are especially vulnerable. This paper follows the idea that including guaranties of non-repetition is necesary in order to give adecquated redress for women human rights defender in the new transitional justice's chapter: Victims' Law context.
