Summary: This article is part of the doctoral research entitled “Study of Relevance of the Training and Professional Exercise Projects of Criminologists”, developed at the Faculty of Philosophy and Letters of the Autonomous University of New Lion. The method used is the documentary review, first, the review of the mexican legislation in the field of education and quality, subsequently, the texts emanating from quality accrediting bodies to obtain the reference of the points to consider in a diagnosis of quality qualities. This writing articulates ideologies about relevance, relevance and educational quality applied to criminology and criminalism at the bachelor's level, mentioning both areas since in Mexico, in various schools, they are studied in the same educational program. On the other hand, it shows a toral guide of the aspects to be worked on in the event that schools adhere to apply the standards of educational quality in their campuses, as well as in their educational programs, in this way, they will be able to join the internal transformation of their processes to ensure quality in administration, training, relevance and social impact.
