This article presents an analytical perspective on the social management of water from the following categories: complex societies, water landscapes, population dynamics and landscape changes in rural territories of Risaralda, Colombia (townships of Combia). The research processes that support this article are framed in rural territories, mainly the processes of population and changes in the social, cultural and natural landscape that refer to clean water and management of community water systems which are considered a type of social organization for governance of water and as a social strategy of adaptation to global warming in the context of the Global Environmental Change (CAG) and the current Climate Change (CC). |
