In this sense and as example, the judgment of the Provincial Court of Barcelona of July 15, 2021 supports this thesis and establishes a system of visits outside the parental home in order to avoid the damage caused by the presence of the mother of the minor’s sister.Los menores de edad tienen derecho a relacionarse con sus hermanastros tras la crisis familiar. Con independencia de la relación que exista entre los miembros de la extinta familia y el posible conflicto entre ellos, los menores tienen derecho a disfrutar de la compañía de sus hermanos y hermanastros sin que la presencia de aquellos adultos que puedan interferir en su estabilidad psicológica, sentimental y emocional.
