Sumario: Minors have the right to interact with their stepsiblings after the family crisis. Regardless of the relationship that exists between the members of the extinct family and the possible conflict between them, minors have the right to enjoy the company of their siblings and stepsiblings without the presence of those adults who may interfere with their psychological stability, sentimental and emotional. In this sense and as example, the judgment of the Provincial Court of Barcelona of July 15, 2021 supports this thesis and establishes a system of visits outside the parental home in order to avoid the damage caused by the presence of the mother of the minor’s sister.
