Therefore, we haven’t mentioned various aspects such as those related to the qualification procedure, the legal regime, the remuneration of the collaborating entities and others that, given the fragmentary and excessively dispersed nature of the regulations and the limitations of time and space of the task, make their study unfeasible.Tras una breve introducción relativa a los antecedentes y evolución de las fórmulas de colaboración público-privadas en el ejercicio de labores inspectoras, el estudio se centra en algunos de los puntos que han sido objeto de mayor debate y análisis, como las razones y fundamentos legales de dicha colaboración, su naturaleza y consecuencias jurídicas, los mecanismos legales a través de los cuales se puede vehicular este tipo de relación, o las reclamaciones y recursos contra las decisiones de las entidades colaboradoras.
