Last June 2020, the Framework Agreement on Digitalisation was signed by representative business and trade union organizations at European level. The aim of the Agreement is to provide the social partners with a method that will enable them to address the digital transition of the economic system and business organizations through consensus at the different national, sectoral and business levels. In the Spanish case, this may be of interest insofar as the impact on labor relations of digitalization has limited treatment in legislation and collective bargaining agreements. |
