One of the most important of these is collective bargaining. Ultractividad, concurrence of agreements, determination of the collective agreement in cases of outsourcing and reinforcement of the role of collective bargaining are the aspects addressed in this area. The consequences are really positive for the social partners, who, after decades of loss of rights, find themselves with legislation that, within the limits of consensus, is facing an important change of direction.La reforma laboral auspiciada por el RDL 32/2021, determina un cambio de rumbo en numerosas materias. Entre ellas, una de la no menos importante es la de la negociación colectiva. Ultractividad, concurrencia de convenios, determinación del convenio colectivo en los supuestos de externalización y reforzamiento del papel de la negociación colectiva son los aspectos que se abordan en este ámbito.
