The labour reform sponsored by RDL 32/2021 determines a change of course in many areas. One of the most important of these is collective bargaining. Ultractividad, concurrence of agreements, determination of the collective agreement in cases of outsourcing and reinforcement of the role of collective bargaining are the aspects addressed in this area. The consequences are really positive for the social partners, who, after decades of loss of rights, find themselves with legislation that, within the limits of consensus, is facing an important change of direction. |
