Sumario: Pelvic inflammatory disease (PID) is a common clinical syndrome, characterized by infection of the upper genital tract. The methodology used for this research work is part of a bibliographic review of documentary type, since we are going to deal with issues raised at a theoretical level such as pelvic inflammatory disease.
