In order to analyze what is the integrating role of the curriculum in Higher Education Institutions to be an agent that allows to specify and reaffirm the duties of the State and companies in the field of Human Rights, this article of reflection is developed with the intention of giving to know the results of a mental process of relation of categories and evaluation of concepts.
