Summary: In order to analyze what is the integrating role of the curriculum in Higher Education Institutions to be an agent that allows to specify and reaffirm the duties of the State and companies in the field of Human Rights, this article of reflection is developed with the intention of giving to know the results of a mental process of relation of categories and evaluation of concepts. Its content is based on the results of analysis from research carried out by other researchers and contains the concepts that will be used for the analysis and review of the relationship between the company, Human Rights and the curriculum, showing how human rights education should be taken as an element of cohesion. for Higher Education Institutions in the Academy - Company - State relationship.
