Abstract This article conceptualizes inmigration as a global social phenomenon and an unsustainable problem for the economic, Educational and inclusive sector, social and legal security, health and culture. Next, it is proposed the specific objectives: Analyzing gender-based violence suffered by Venezuelan immigrant women living in the Caraquita invasion, in the neighborhood the Bosque, in the city Barranquilla-Colombia. The issues is then contextualized, within Colombian constitutional framework characteristic of the Social State of Law. Subsequentl, it is explaine the mixed methodology is composed of the approach, qualitative and quantitative paradigm whose purpose is the articulation of the theoretical exercise and the practical. They are described the relevant results finding in them the cultural normalization of the types of violence caused to Venezuelan inmigrant women permanent and/or family companion, low level of schooling, financial restraint to your husband or expartner, documentation, latent deportation risks and unequitable remuneration for their work (cheap labour). Likewise, the discussion is deepened to enunciate the products coming from the application of the techniques and instruments of information collection. And in conclusion, Venezuelan immigrant women are victims of various forms of violence and discrimination because of their gender.

Em seguida, propõe-se o objetivo específico: analisar a violência de gênero sofrida pelas mulheres imigrantes venezuelanas que vivem na invasão Caraquitas, no Bairro el Bosque, Barranquilla-Colômbia. Em seguida, a questão é contextualizada, no arcabouço constitucional colombiano característico do Estado Social de Direito. Posteriormente, explica-se a metodologia mista integrada pela abordagem, paradigma qualitativo e quantitativo, cujo objetivo é a articulação do exercício teórico e prático. Os resultados relevantes são descritos, constatando neles a normalização cultural dos tipos de violência causada às mulheres imigrantes venezuelanas por seu parceiro permanente e/ou familiar, o baixo nível de escolaridade, a sujeição econômica ao cônjuge ou ex-companheiro, a desdocimento, os riscos latentes de deportação e a remuneração injusta de seu trabalho (mão-de-obra barata). Da mesma forma, a discussão é aprofundada para enunciar os produtos provenientes da aplicação das técnicas e instrumentos de coleta de informações. E, em conclusão, as mulheres imigrantes venezuelanas são vítimas de várias formas de violência e discriminação por causa de seu gênero.Resumen En este artículo se conceptualiza la inmigración como un fenómeno social mundial y un problema insostenible para el sector económico, educativo e inclusivo, seguridad social y jurídica, salud y cultura. Seguidamente, se propone el objetivo específico: analizar la violencia de género padecida por las mujeres inmigrantes venezolanas radicadas en la invasión Caraquitas, en el barrio El Bosque, Barranquilla (Colombia). Luego se contextualiza el tema en el marco constitucional colombiano característico del Estado social de derecho. Más adelante, se explica la metodología mixta integrada por el enfoque, paradigma cualitativo y cuantitativo, cuyo propósito es la articulación del ejercicio teórico y el práctico. Se describen los resultados relevantes, encontrando en ellos la normalización cultural de los tipos de violencia ocasionados a la mujer inmigrante venezolana por su compañero permanente y/o familiar, el bajo nivel de escolaridad, la sujeción económica a su cónyuge o expareja, la indocumentación, los riesgos de deportación latentes y la remuneración inequitativa de su labor (mano de obra barata). Asimismo, se profundiza en la discusión hasta enunciar los productos provenientes de la aplicación de las técnicas e instrumentos de recolección de información.
