In this sense, the changes introduced by the Royal Decree are discussed. A critical view of both texts is provided for the reader, which ends with a brief comparison with the newly launched, more advanced, online work regime in Portugal.El presente trabajo pretende dar cuenta de la regulación del teletrabajo en la Administración pública, en particular, en la Administración General del Estado (AGE). A tal fin, se analiza por un lado el Acuerdo sobre teletrabajo alcanzado en la Mesa General de negociación del pasado 12 de abril de 2021 y, por otro lado, se compara con el nuevo Reglamento de Teletrabajo llamado a ratificarlo.
