Summary: The present article aims to offer a complete legal cartography of the regulation of teleworking in the Public Administration, in particular, in the General State Administration (AGE). For this purpose, the Agreement on teleworking reached at the General Negotiating Table on April 12, 2021, is analysed and compared with the new Teleworking Regulations called to ratify it. In this sense, the changes introduced by the Royal Decree are discussed. A critical view of both texts is provided for the reader, which ends with a brief comparison with the newly launched, more advanced, online work regime in Portugal.
