The work is concluded with some conclusions. as well as some considerations on the legal form that the document should adopt.El presente artículo es fruto de una reflexión sobre el consentimiento informado de las vacunas durante la pandemia. Pretende analizar jurídicamente el uso del documento utilizado, con fórmula de consentimiento informado, frente al rechazo de las personas menores de sesenta (60) años de recibir en segunda dosis una vacuna contra la COVID-19 diferente a la recibida en primera dosis. Se pretende una aproximación entre el campo jurídico y el asistencial, dadas las peculiaridades y dificultades que nos encontramos ante la situación de pandemia por la COVID-19 y su estrategia de vacunación.
