Sumario: This article is the result of a reflection on the informed consent of vaccines during the pandemic. It aims to legally analyze the use of the document used, with an informed consent formula, against the rejection of people under sixty (60) years of receiving a second dose of a vaccine against COVID-19 different from the one received in the first dose. An approximation between the legal and healthcare fields is intended, given the peculiarities and difficulties that we encounter in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic situation and its vaccination strategy. The work is concluded with some conclusions. as well as some considerations on the legal form that the document should adopt.
