Likewise, the criminological factors that are determinant for sexual delinquency are identified and it concludes with the contribution of criminology to sexual delinquency: Prevention.El presente escrito tiene como objetivo principal hacer un breve análisis reflexivo sobre la influencia familiar en la conducta delictiva; especialmente en el delincuente sexual. Se abordaran los conceptos más relevantes de Familia, desde la concepción tradicional y general, hasta conceptos desde algunas disciplinas, con la finalidad de identificar que dicho concepto varía en función del tiempo y desde la perspectiva desde la cual se aborda; que es un concepto dinámico y evolutivo.
