brief reflective analysis on the influence of the
family on criminal behavior; especially in the sex
offender. The most relevant concepts of Family
will be addressed, from the traditional and
general conception, to concepts from some
disciplines, in order to identify that said concept
varies depending on time and from the
perspective from which it is approached; which
is a dynamic and evolving concept. Likewise, the
criminological factors that are determinant for
sexual delinquency are identified and it
concludes with the contribution of criminology
to sexual delinquency: Prevention. |
