The international networks linked to trafficking and commercialization have achieved a scope of power that their combat is difficult at the same time as their expansion, in that order of ideas appear the international drug trafficking cartels that add new actors in all aspects and criminal and criminal elements. Minors are precisely a vulnerable group that has taken a leading role on various fronts in relation to drug trafficking cartels. This work comes with some ideas that seek a different picture of understanding minors with cartels and organized groups linked to drug trafficking from a criminological perspective.El fenómeno del narcotráfico sigue avanzando en todos los lados como flagelo social e internacional, la lucha contra las drogas hace parte de las políticas de estado y compromisos de muchos países. Las redes internacionales vinculadas al tráfico y comercialización han logrado un alcance de poder que su combate se dificulta a la par de su ampliación, en ese orden de ideas aparecen los carteles del narcotráfico internacional que suman nuevos actores en todos los aspectos y elementos delincuenciales y criminales, justamente son los menores un grupo vulnerable que ha tomado protagonismo en diversos frentes en relación a los carteles del narcotráfico.
