Summary: The phenomenon of drug trafficking continues to advance on all sides as a social and international scourge, the fight against drugs is part of the state policies and commitments of many countries. The international networks linked to trafficking and commercialization have achieved a scope of power that their combat is difficult at the same time as their expansion, in that order of ideas appear the international drug trafficking cartels that add new actors in all aspects and criminal and criminal elements. Minors are precisely a vulnerable group that has taken a leading role on various fronts in relation to drug trafficking cartels. This work comes with some ideas that seek a different picture of understanding minors with cartels and organized groups linked to drug trafficking from a criminological perspective.
