Likewise, the essential ideas related to the contrast of the work model in digital platform companies are developed. This is analyzed according to the employment test interpreted by the Spanish Supreme Court. This jurisprudence protectively assimilates employees, as it is understood that they are part of the governing and organizational circle of their employers.El presente trabajo de investigación analiza la delimitación jurídica del test de laboralidad ante el desarrollo del trabajo prestado a través de las plataformas digitales. En las siguientes páginas el lector tendrá acceso a la interpretación del concepto de subordinación, entendido de forma flexible y expansiva, respecto de su aplicación al sistema de organización laboral de las empresas de plataformas digitales. De igual modo, se desarrollan las ideas esenciales relativas al contraste del modelo de trabajo en las empresas de plataforma digital, a la luz del test de laboralidad interpretado por el Tribunal Supremo español.
